TERMS OF SERVICE 2018
Updated terms of service as of 2018.
PURCHASING ART:
To whom it may concern,
My terms of service will be pasted onto my invoice receipts through PayPal. This is to ensure you don't waste my time, or steal my money.
I require 60 days to even process an order, sometimes I have wait lists. Just because I require this does not mean you will have to actually wait this long. Feel free to ask for my current wait/to do list. Agreeing to my terms means you agree to waiting for your art, there is no estimate as to when it will be done.
There are NO refunds, even if your work is not started, you will get your work done. All sales are final. This means you cannot make ANY PayPal case.
If you aren't satisfied with your commission you can always email me and we can work something out.
I do work out of order - I have a ‘pay for it now rush fee,’ which means some people may pay more to get above you.
You may NOT claim the work as yours.
You may NOT use my work for commercial use, without paying the fee.
I will NOT make any alterations to a finished product for free, unless simple requests.
I will NOT share a PTSD file.
I will NOT refund if you lose the file and I no longer have the file.
I CAN take an art piece back and resell it even if you paid for it (if you did not pay for 100% commercial fee) if you do something that scams me or effects me in a bad way any shape or form. You AGREE to this by paying to my terms.

CHARACTER RIGHTS:
You will always have full rights to the character unless stated otherwise.
There are NO refunds. All sales are final.
You may NOT resell for more than you purchased, without permission, or unless you obtained more art for said character.
You may NOT sell to a blacklisted user on my blacklist.
You may NOT claim the character design as yours, I will always want credit somewhere, in the bio of the character, or the first upload, or if anyone asks.
YOU MUST update me on new owners, for if new owners end up being on blacklist I have EVERY right to take away the character and resell it.
Breaking these terms of service, even if you didn’t read them, will result in me taking the character back with no refund and blacklisting you.
